Only the best Matcha, Houjicha, Bakes & Bites. All my matcha drinks use only Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder from Niko Neko (Ajisai 2.0). Expect balanced smoothness and subtle nuttiness with hints of bitterness. LPB’s Finer Selection Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder is from Matchaya called Okumidori Matcha Powder. It comes from Kyoto, Uji and is hand-picked, not machine-harvested. Expect robust, well-bodied and extreme umami from this. All my Houjicha drinks use Premium Houjicha Powder from Matchaya. The powder originates from Kyoto, Uji. Houjicha is essentially Roasted Green Tea. Due to the roasting, the caffeine content of Houjicha is significantly lower than Matcha. Expect a roasty, nutty flavour with notes of coffee.
